Exchange & Return Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

We do not offer returns or refunds after purchase. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, you can request an exchange for the same item. For an exchange to be processed, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Show no signs of use

• Contain the original packaging

• Include all accessories and labels (if applicable)

2. Exchange Request Process

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and describe the defect by sending an email to [suportecasadodesporto@gmail.com] or contacting us via WhatsApp [916 531 847] . We will guide you through the procedures for returning and exchanging the defective product.

3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not offer any warranty after use of the product, and we do not exchange items that do not have a manufacturing defect or that have been damaged by improper use.

4. Deadlines and Availability

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equivalent value or store credit.
